Hurt myself by going 'too hard'

Ok so apologies for the TMI but I don't know where else to ask.

A couple of days ago I was having some ahem... Alone time with my new toy, I probably carried on longer than I should I'd it's quite rigid (butterfly style against the clit) in now very sore down there and have what looks like a little blister just coming off the hood and to the left of the hood.

Has anyone else had this happen? And how do I treat it? There no signs of infection just very uncomfortable 😣
