HELP WITH REWARDS

On the 25th, I exchanged a 5 euro card with the rewards points (what it said in the Xbox app) but when I wanted to use them I couldn't since being euros doesn't mean that I'm from Argentina. I could only use it if I had an account in Europe, which I don't have a solution for, or do you know if you can help me from the support?
