NTC esim

is anyone using eSIM on iPhone right now? I recently bought an NTC SIM and activated it as an eSIM ani neither calls go out nor come in on my phone when I complain to 1415, I just get a useless ‘wrong format’ message. NTC is so frustrating. Does anyone know how to fix this?
