Newbie Couple Feb 14-22 - Butlers

We are a newbie Desire couple in our late 40’s with a split stay booked at Pearl and RM (4 nights each) starting on Valentine’s Day 2026. Both of our rooms (Desirable Experience Master Suite & Seductive Suite Pool View Swim Up) include butler service. We’ve been to other AI resorts with butler service, but we aren’t quite sure what to expect at Desire. Anyone had/used a butler? I assume they can make pool chair and restaurant reservations for us, but is there anything else you’ve had them do?
