Help needed choosing an AM5 mobo

Hi Everyone.

I'm slowly thinking about upgrading my PC from AM4 to AM5. And I'm a little lost when it comes to choosing an appropriate motherboard. I'll pair it with a Ryzen 7 7700 or 7800X3D (still not decided).

I'm pretty much biased towards ASrock, MSI or Asus TUF Plus. The prices of the models I've narrowed my choice down to are as follows:

- MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI ~ $280

- ASRock B850 PRO RS WIFI ~ $220

- ASRock B850 LIVEMIXER WIFI ~ $220

- ASRock B850 STEEL LEGEND WIFI ~$230

- ASRock B850 RIPTIDE WIFI ~ $240

- Asus TUF GAMING B850-PLUS WIFI ~ $245

- ASRock X870 PRO RS WIFI ~ $250

Reading across the boards and various reviews, it seems that the MSI board is considered the best midrange board. But is a $60 - $40 price increase actually worth it? I'm having some doubts about that.

Also, the price of the X870 board is quite appealing and I'm wondering if there is anything against going with this one.
