does rank 5 aspect of melinoe not count for hidden aspects?

spoilers I guess

from what I've read, to unlock a hidden aspect you need to have all the other aspects of that weapon unlocked and any other aspect at rank 5

with that in mind, I can still not unlock the hidden torches or axe despite having the other aspects unlocked and both have aspect of melinoe on rank 5, the hidden staff with circe I unlocked 1st try and for that one I had rank 5 aspect of circe, not melinoe

I read that it might have something to do with dialogue queue or whatever and indeed moros is still yapping but charon is completely out of dialogue and still not giving me the aspect (I'm talking to him inside a run)
