My Piaggio Ciao won't start I installed a DR65 which manually seems to turn correctly, I checked that the spark plug was sparking and that works too The carburetor guillotine is dirty with mixture and the spark plug is also dirty, but it won't start even for a joke, I don't even feel a hint of combustion, my knowledge is limited and I finished them, the carburetor and the air filter are new, as is the muffler, the only thing that remained original is the crankcase, the only thing I thought about was that from dint of tinkering I think it's flooded, but I don't know how to be sure, and to be honest I don't even like trying to start it with the drill.Any advice or ideas on what to check would be helpful.
