I'm soooo tired

I'm fairly new to manifestion. It's been a few months anyways. I just feel like I'm unraveling. I wanted to get through my exam but my fear gets in the way and I freeze same with sp itna just so on and off. I'm tired I'm genuinely so tired. I feel stuck ik I'm speaking from lack but genuinely feel like just freezing it's too much 😭😭😭 Everything just feels like a burden please help. The past just keeps poking I just want this to work out.
