When can I Start taking Comfort medication

I have been tapering off of subs for the last 3 months. I had been on Subs for 8 years. I am currently on .375 mg. My plan is Week 1 .375 Week 2 .25 Week 3 .125 Then jump I just got a script for Clonidine and gabapentin. So far I feel pretty good physically. My question is when should I start taking these 2 comfort medications. Should I wait until I’m completely off Suboxone or should I use it now to help finish off the taper
