Which brand has the closest pav to the ones you get in Mumbai? Need it today

So I’ve been craving pav bhaji and toh ghar pe wohi ban raha hai. The problem is the pav- the ones usually out there are sweet and taste nothing like the ladi pav. I’ve been in ncr all my life but somehow pav is something I just don’t want to compromise on. Any help?
