2013 Honda Civic LX Coupe 2D (buying soon maybe)

it looks in really good condition. 160k miles on it. says they have had all maintenance performed. listed at $6.9k i offered the KBB price of $6k which they accepted. wondering if this is fair and what should i look out for. plan to go see it next week. im getting the VIN from them to pull the carfax. i did ask if i could have a mechanic check it out and they said i can bring one lol i meant have it taken somewhere for an inspection hahaha so maybe ill ask that again. id pay for it of course.
