Taking out my nostril for a few hours

Hi People, I got my nostril pierced like 5 weeks ago. It healed really well and I absolutely love it.

After which period of time is it okay to take out the piercing for ~2 hours (once a week)? I do MMA and I’m not comfortable with leaving the piercing in during sparring and grappling, so I focused on other stuff during the last weeks.
