Why is it so hard to find a decent job

I had been jobless for 3months now and Idk what to do. I have tons of job interviews but never get a callback. I have experience as a server and barista etc, mainly customers service job. Do you guys know any places that's hiring in Vegas? Plzzz HELP ME!
