Anyone letting AI handle scaffolding yet?

I tested Blink.new just to see what it would spit out. It scaffolded frontend + backend + DB + auth in like 10 minutes. The code wasn’t flawless, but it cut out the boring boilerplate. Would you trust AI with setup like this, or is it safer to stick to manual scaffolding?
