Are job board quests infinite?

Hey dudes,

So I'm currently playing dying light 2 and have reached the part of the game where I unlock the job board and the quests on it. After doing a few I noticed more appeared so I was wondering are these infinite or is there a certain amount so I can complete them all. I ask because if they are infinite then I'll wait till I finish the main story to do those
