Regarding pujo cab rental of Bharat taxi

Hi. So recently on the day on Navami(1st October) I booked a cab rental for 8 hours through Bharat taxi. They are charging lesser than others so I booked them . Are they a genuine cab company or are they a fraud. Also I would like to ask if the payment needs to be done to the cab driver only or do I need to make advance payment. Will be really grateful if you help.
