Job offer (Scam or genuine)

Hey, I just received a job offer from a company in Birmingham. I’m from India, and they mentioned that visa sponsorship will be provided only after a 3-month probation period. For the probation, they said I have to self-sponsor. Also they mentioned they can fund for self sponsorship visa after completing probation successfully

They’re also asking me to complete KYC with Mercury, Kraken, and Revolut, and the pay is £12 per hour.

I just wanted to check if this sounds genuine or not.
