MyPlayer keeps changing appearance

I got 2k maybe 2 weeks ago, i went on youtube and made my character look like Kanye West. For some reason when i log off and log back on, not every time but most of the time my character will change from Kanye West the character I created to some random 2k auto generated guy Floyd Dunleavy Sr. This has happened to me 6 times now and its super annoying, does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix to it, I assume not and that its just a 2k issue but lmk.
