Anyone experience low download speed of Steam games in Cyta?

I have Cyta' My internet` (optical fiber), which is 1Gbps, and everything goes smoothly except that Steam downloads are slow, at 150KB/s. Tried to change download regions, and still the same speed. (yes I checked download settings in Steam and it's not limited)

Please share your typical speeds.
