Is anyone using ChatGPT to help sell their home?

I'll probably get down voted but I've been extremely unhappy with 3 of my last agents. My most recent has done a terrible job marketing our home and generally seems uninvolved: I've had to ask HIM to complete my seller disclosure, they had the wrong info in our listing, he has our home priced way too high. I've had bad experiences with every other agent: last one recommended an inspector who missed some repairs costing 10k. The one before that had their assistant show houses and would get snarky when we asked questions. I think that, besides negotiation, I can do a decent job with at least marketing. Has anyone used AI to assist with sale of their home? How did it go?
