How do you fill the comedk form as an improvement exam candidate ?

I've given boards from Maharashtra State board in 2025 but scored less and hence I'll be giving improvement in 2026 and using the 2026 marksheet. Will I fill the comedk form as appearing for boards or appeared for boards ?
