Onboarding new hires without HR, is there an easy way?

Hey everyone,

We’ve been hiring steadily, but we don’t have a dedicated HR person. Onboarding is a nightmare. New hires get instructions from different managers, forms are all over the place, and we keep forgetting steps. It feels chaotic, and I know the first couple of weeks can make or break someone’s experience.

Is there a simple way to handle onboarding without needing a full HR department? Something that guides new hires through paperwork, training, and introductions without us having to reinvent the wheel every time?
