CoV magazine is a straight-up nerf to weapons.

This modifier is baffling to me. It doesn't seem to increase the amounts of shots you get, the burnout time is extremely long and the cooldown rate has been terrible on every gun I've found.

After all of that I thought "of course! It cools down when it's not equipped! What a great niche to fill!"

It doesn't even do that.

Bonus points for finding it on a legendary sniper that only used reserve ammo when charging shots, completely nullifying the legendary ability. Ripper mags actually have a trade off for more fire rate, CoV mags are literally useless.
