Advice Needed:I was thinking that I should have a tattoo according to my personality but I'm not sure how to go about it

I'm a very confused person or u can say on the impulse kinda guy , don't think before speaking and just say anything without thought , not thinking anything through , I need a tattoo to be a reminder for to breathe, or to think twice or be calm stay confident kind . Does anyone have advice on how should I go Abt it
