Activity not starting right away

Hello all! Since I’ve updated both my watch and my phone to iOS 26 the activity for fitness is not thinking right away. Sometimes it takes me up to 30 minutes to get it to actually connect. I will take it off Bluetooth, it off Wi-Fi, restart both my phone, and my watch, go to settings and activity and watch that spin for a while. I’ve also re-paired the watch twice with my iPhone. Does anybody else have this issue and have a fix?
