Derealisation which applies to a specific language and people that speak that language??

This is a weird symptom I have and I wonder if anyone relates, as some context my dpdr is cptsd induced and most of that trauma happened after I moved countries and also in an environment with people which spoke the foreign language. I still have derealisation for everyone including people which my brain registers as speaking my first language, but it’s so,so much worse for people, thoughts, speech etc which I associate with that foreign language
