Is brown spotting after sex normal?

The last time I had sex while pregnant I was six weeks along, and I had brownish pinkish goopy discharge the next night, and mild spotting for a tiny bit after, and like once the next day. I’d also been having mild intermittent cramping as well, even before. I found out that spotting and intermittent cramping is normal at that many weeks, and I was still super sick so I didn’t worry about it. Now I’m at eight weeks and I’ve been having mild persistent cramping, which I found is also normal.

Then yesterday I had non-penetrative sex for the second time while pregnant, and then that night I had goopy brown discharge again, and slight brown spotting for a tiny bit after as well. This morning I’m slightly nauseous again, which makes me feel less worried. But I think I’m finding out that sex, even only externally can cause old blood discharge, I’m pretty sure. Is that a thing? Has anyone else had that? I don’t know if makes a difference or not, but I do have adenomyosis. But I know someone with adeno and she said she never spotted during her pregnancies except when she miscarried. I don’t know if she ever had sex during pregnancy or not, though.
