DoorDash - delayed = lost, right?

My first experience having an order ship with door dash and it’s been awaiting pickup for 7 days. Usually my orders arrive in 4-5 days. Woman on the phone was zero help. Should I just assume my order is gone? They were sale items and probably no longer available.
