Transfer Windows license without a Microsoft account?

My PC currently has a digital retail license of Windows 10 Pro that is NOT linked to a Microsoft account. I originally purchased Windows in 2015 and got a product key (the version is 6+1).

I just built a new PC and would like to transfer the license to my new PC. Is there a way to do this without linking my computers to a Microsoft account? Alternatively, if I do have to link accounts, can I immediately un-link my Microsoft account from the new PC after activation?
