It's so annoying how some fans don't know the difference between hate and dislike

First off, somebody should not be getting stoned because they said they don't like your faves' music. The biggest problem is when people perceive criticism as hate. Just because somebody said that x group's skills are lacking doesn't mean they're haters trying to drag them, constructive criticism is a thing.

But I feel like this also goes the other way with people who hate on anything they don't like, some things are subjective, just because you don't like x group's music doesn't mean it's bad, just because you don't like their dancing style doesn't mean they suck and just because you don't vibe with them doesn't mean you have to actively send them hate for literally breathing. The worst is when they weaponize serious issues to hate instead of actually caring or when they wish for an idol to do something bad? Like???

Not everyone who says anything that isn't super positive about your faves is a bored hater and just because you don't like something/ a song/ group doesn't mean you have to be sending them death threats.
