Troubled with IGCSE as a private candidate registration process

I've registered for edexcel igcse. Now I'm troubled with payment process. I chose offline method, but haven’t get any invoice letter or money receipt(green) via e-mail. What should I do now?deadline is knocking at the door and I'm already delayed.
