is the new education benefits certification system still happening? (chapter 35)

i was under the impression after all the mess getting paid last month— that after i signed up for the whole new monthly self certification system, that i would receive a text at the end of this month… i still haven’t received any text or anything though. i think i saw a post saying that the self certification system wasn’t happening anymore though? i’ll be honest i didn’t really follow the post that much at all though so is that true? is it going back to the normal version of we do nothing besides certify each term with the school and i will automatically receive payment? just curious if anyone could help me out getting on the same page— so tired of unexpectedly not recieving the VA money. i know many if not most of us rely on that money for bills and being able to live in anyway so it is so messed up when we are given zero notice or solution to money being late or withheld :/
