I’m ready for some treatments. What do I do next?

Let's Chat

I have my routine down at this point and I’m ready to go into an office and consider treatments next. I have a list of things I’d like to work on and treatments to consider but I’m really having trouble with the next part, how do I find a good practitioner?

I live in a fairly large city with a decent amount of dermatologists, med spas, and estheticians but I can’t figure out how to differentiate quality places versus cash grabs (found a few of these unfortunately, got burned, literally). Please help!

  • how do you start your search? (What do you search for? Where do you get recommendations? (From your derm? Word of mouth?) what types of places are you looking for?)

  • are you reading their reviews? Where? (Google, Yelp, their website?) what do you look for? (Recently it seems like most reviews are paid for or just so non sense, ahhhh)

  • what do you ask when you call?

  • what else am I missing?

  • please give me any advice from your search for quality treatments and care teams.

Thank you!!
