Anyone to help me getting a vehicle report over dgt.gob.es?

Hello,

I'm up to buying a car in spain and I have heared it's possible to get a vehicle report with helpful details. I tried using https://sede.dgt.gob.es/ca/index.html --> Informe d´un vehicle but can't go any further. Maybe it's because I currently live in England. It always ends on an error massage. I've also tried the app with no sucess. No sucess with VPN either.

Anybody out there that can help me getting a Online - Cl@ve - Informe detallado?

I have car license plate and VIN-Number. I think it's 6€ for the report. I would pay 10€ via paypal if somebody could help. I would share data via PM.

Regards,

Marco
