On foot/parkour mod?

Hii, I'm searching for a mod that adds to the no movestyle movement.

I've heard of MovementPlus which seems cool but isn't really focused on parkour/vanilla like experience.

I've also tried Woodz Grind Tweaks but it only adds grinds (no slide buff or vert)

Does anyone know of such a mod? Thanks :)
