How to start Reven Guard?

I want to start play Reven Guard and I think i want to run two CP, Shaan, Shrink, 30 Assult Intercessor with jump pack, 3 Invictus war suit and more. I want to focus on phobos. I really want to ask you guys is that will be fun list or frustrating?
