SBL frameworks

In the exam will there always be a framework to apply to a question (SWOT, PESTEL, Cultural Web) etc., or will some not be relevant to any frank work at all?

I am leaning the frameworks required but on exam day I don’t want to waste time thinking about what framework to apply when they may not even be an appropriate one to use and it would limit my answer.

Also, when we write our answer, should be name the frank work by name and structure our answer around it, or just use it to form a basis for our answer without directly naming it?

I don’t find the consensus on this to be very clear.
