Help with my parts list

Hi, I'm planning on building a PC and this is my parts list. https://se.pcpartpicker.com/list/RmmZpK

• Should I buy 9950X3D or 9800X3D for the CPU? I'm mainly concerned with gaming performance. The difference in price is rather big.
• Same with the GPU: 9070 XT or 9060 XT or even 7800 XT? I don't care at all about FSR or other fake frames/upscaling features. I use Linux if it matters.
• Does buying expensive RAM matter? I've selected some relatively cheap RAM so just wondering if it could create a bottleneck.
• Why do the PSUs on PCPartPicker list the number of SATA connectors, but then the picture doesn't match up with that? SATA power cables are split, right? So does it even matter? Also, is my PSU overkill or is it fine? I did not include my HDDs in the list.
• Does my case have a slot for an optical drive? And can you fit a 420mm radiator on the top? This is very specific to my case but maybe someone knows anyway.
