Weak spring water jugs

I just discovered that a couple of my backup supply MB brand spring water gallons have sprung leaks! The plastic suddenly cracked open on the bottom at some point, and flooded my storage area. Huge mess! The bottles are only about 6 months old. Just a heads up for anyone else who keeps a stash of gallon jugs to keep an eye on them.

I plan to notify someone at the store or main office. If anyone has suggestions on where best to direct the message I’d appreciate it.
