09309589516 scammer calling in the Middle of the night on a weekend

Scammer calling in the Middle of the night pretending to be from Food Panda. May order daw sa kanya pero wala naman talaga. Trying to prolong the conversation pero hindi ma detail ano talaga kailangan nya. Pag ni block mo gagamit ng ibang number. I suspect voice phishing. Pls comment kung kilala nyo to and ano nagawa sa inyo
