I did something really stupid and idk what to do

Me and a girl(both17) started talking over instagram last night. We both got really flirtatious and things got sexual and pictures were sent. In hind site pictures probably shouldn’t have been sent but we should have taken it off of instagram and just texted. Well I woke up this morning and now my account in under review and it might get banned. I’m really scared and don’t know what to do. I need help
