1Bdrm Basement Suite - Looking for Commuter (Arlington)

$1190/month

Penrose neighborhood Arlington.

Short term lease friendly

I have a mother daughter suite in my basement. It has a private entrance. Fully furnished, queen bed. Smart tv with living room. Kitchenette.

Street parking not an issue in this safe neighborhood.

Short walk to public transit. Bus stop in front of house.

In the past I’ve had a Smithsonian intern, a commuting lawyer and a freelance photographer. The space is perfectly suited to a commuter or someone first moving to dc.
