Any stores you recommend for finding good brand and quality adventure and travel pants used or low priced?

specifically looking for brands like Kuhl, Western Rise, Black Diamond and open to similar. Tried Sierra but it's very rare to find pants of good brand and quality as their tops, still looking through different uptown cheapskates, been checking sales and returns sections at REI, any other places I should check?
