I don't understand what's going on, can someone help (Act 3)

Honor run, second playthrough. Back at Wyrm's Crossing I noticed Orin disguised as a jornalist, decided to hit her once so she fucks off or whatever, idk why, I just did. And now I used the hatch in the Emperor's Hideout, reached sewers, Orin ran at me disguised as Lae'zel, unable to start conversation with her, so I hit her again, she didn't respond, I continued to hit her, and now she's standong at 0 hp. Did I break the game? Can i finish it? kinda scared, don't wanna start all over again
