Learning to properly goon

Hiiiiiiiii I’m a 20 year old trans girl. I’ve tried to goon before but I never feel as if I truly enter a gooned state of mind I never truly lose myself. I was wondering if I anyone would be willing to help me truly goon myself properly and completely give in and lose myself.
