To any doctors in this sub, does Isotretinoin (Accutane) ever affect fertility?

I’ve been through 3 rounds of egg retrieval, and always planned on going back later on in life, but I also suffer from seborrheic dermatitis of the face and scalp. My doctor suggested low dose accutane to help, but I’d heard somewhere that it can potentially affect egg reserve. Is this true or nonsense?
