Chicago Marathon 2025 Pop Ups, Shakeout Runs and Events

Hi all,

I saw a few people asking for events during the Chicago Marathon weekend, and I happen to curate lists for exactly that reason. I meant to wait a few more days, but I wanted people to have the chance to sign up for events and plan their week.

I have been curating lists of events in Notion but wanted more out of that list, like a map and a calendar view. That's why I created https://www.marathon-weekend.com/chicago/2025

We already have a great list of notable brands and communities: 3RUN2, Tracksmith, Endorphins Running, Heartbreak, ON, etc.

Brands that are still missing, but were present in 2024 (and on my site):

• Runna
• Hoka
• Believe in the run - Probably only part of Endorphins Running
• New Balance - Might just tag along other brands and communities
• Nike - most likely Heartbreak and Expo only
• 7onsundays

Confirmed but not announced yet. Expect them to do large pop ups. In Berlin Brooks did the Hyperion House already:

• Bandit
• Brooks Hyperion house with PYNRs

Unlikely brands

• No Bull
• Adidas
