Is there an open source pothole reporting website ?

If not, I'd really love to make one, transparent, open sourced and free of cost

I can bear the hosting costs, if it breaches my budget, I will seek donations.

I'm ready to collaborate and design this, anyway it should not be very time taking and complex to build
