HELP I'm so so so so CONFUSED

Please help me choose. I have around 130k budget for changing my mobile phone. I visited the markets in Lahore and got to the conclusion that the best purchase in this range would be a Google Pixel 8 Pro.

I looked and looked but at the end of the day, I managed to only find two phones worth purchasing.

Phone number 1 is CPID, black and 256 GB for 122k although the CPID tax has to be paid, its not paid Phone number 2 is Official PTA approved, 256 GB and price is 135k and thats firm, no more bringing it down he said.

Anyways I do think that the phone 2 is a better purchase, but I'm not sure if I'm paying extra or if I'm getting the best deal in my budget? Please please please tell me some other phones I can get in this budget. Plus this will be my phone for the next 4 years at the very least!
