How do you fill the cetform as an improvement exam candidate

I've given boards from Maharashtra State board in 2025 but missed the 75 percent criteria and hence I'll be giving improvement in 2026 and using the 2026 marksheet. Will I fill the cet form as appearing for boards or appeared for boards ?
